ROBERT CHEVARA directs the World Premiere of Lionel Bart’s QUASIMODO

Based on Victor Hugo’s 1831 novel Notre Dame de Paris,  Bart wrote QUASIMODO in 1963  but it was never produced in his lifetime.  Following his award-winning production of  Tennessee Williams’ VIEUX CARRÉ at the King’s Head, ROBERT CHEVARA is delighted to be back to direct a cast of 8 including Steven Webb.

QUASIMODO opens at the King’s Head Theatre on Wednesday 20 March until Saturday 13 April 2013  (Tuesday – Saturday  7.15pm,  Sunday 3.00pm, and Saturday 13 April at 3.00pm and 7.15pm).

GLYN MAXWELL’S libretto for THE FIREWORK-MAKER’S DAUGHTER starts rehearsals

The Firework-Maker’s Daughter, based on the story by Philip Pullman, will tour venues in the UK and New York from 23rd March to 1st June.
