DEBBIE OWEN (Writer/TV/Film) based in Newcastle, is a former psychiatric nurse, now writing full-time after being invited on the BBC’s CASUALTY shadow scheme, on which she’s now a regular writer. Debbie is also writing original TV dramas, including DUNCAN, a period returning drama series set in Liverpool; CHAIN (Lime Pictures), and her short OBSESSION, was awarded this year’s RTS Short Film Award.
