SARAH WOODS (Writer/Theatre/Radio/Opera/Screen) Sarah’s stageplays have  been produced by the RSC, Hampstead, Soho Theatre, Cardboard Citizens and regional theatres.  Currently, Sarah is writing a new musical for Cardboard Citizens based on Heathcote Williams’ RUFF, TUFF, CREAM PUFF ESTATE AGENCY, to coincide with Coventry’s 2021 City of Culture; her libretti for Welsh National Opera’s MIGRATIONS (dir David Pountney) will premiere in 2021 in Cardiff.  For Radio,  Sarah has written numerous award-winning dramas, including BORDERLAND (Peter Tinniswood Award 2018); she subsequently dramatised Marx’s DAS KAPITAL and is currently adapting ALICE B TOKLAS’ COOKERY BOOK, while POWER OUT, a podcast produced by Sue Roberts, will launch on BBC Sounds and R4 later this year.
